All prices listed are priced as "cash on delivery". Cash means a company check, money order, or VISA/Master Card. jallsamart.com does not accept Bank transfer or check (cheque) as a payment option. jallsamart.com also does not provide billing accounts.

The customer must assume the responsibility of asking jallsamart.com to verify selling prices and product specifications. jallsamart.com is not liable for costs or damages due to errors in product specifications. Special prices may be limited to certain merchandise and quantities in stock.

We make every effort to provide quality images on our web site, however not all products will have images that show every angle of all products. Please contact us with questions about any product before ordering.

jallsamart.com ITSELF GIVES NO WARRANTY. All warranties are with any 3rd party manufacturers.

Cancellations:

If you have placed an order and for any reason it has not shipped yet, you can contact us by any methods which we have provided. We will make every attempt to make sure that a cancelled order does not ship. We will then cancel the order and give a full refund. In the event that you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped and is out of our control, we will not be able to cancel the order
